If you open a support ticket saying you are having trouble connecting to your server the assigned Support Specialist will probably ask you to take a screen shot and submit it through the ticket system.
On a PC it is a simple process. At the same time press "ctrl" and "Print Screen". Place the screenshot file into the ticket and submit it to us.
